Return Policy

1. Only store credit will be issued for returns & damaged claims, regardless of reason. 

2. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled. 

3. 15% Restocking fee may apply if the package was not returned in it original packaging.       

4. Any returns for a style that is sold out, is subject to a 20% restock fee and only store credit.

5. All sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

6. It is the customer's sole responsibility to bring the products to our facility for any exchanges.         

7. Claims for any damage/returns must be made within 7 business day upon receiving the merchandise. All items returned must be in the original packaging.

8. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.) 

9. Depending on the situation, customers may have to pay for the return shipping.

10. We are not responsible for duplicate orders and/ or styles.
